Returns & Refunds

 

Most orders arrive exactly as expected — but occasionally things don’t go to plan. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it quickly and fairly.

Below is a simple guide to how returns work.


If We Sent the Wrong Item

If the item you received isn’t what you ordered and it’s unopened and in mint condition, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We’ll provide a no-cost return courier satchel (or similar). Once the item is back with us, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 2–3 working days.


If Your Item Was Damaged in Transit

If your order was damaged between leaving our warehouse and arriving at your address, we’ll organise a replacement or full refund.

The courier will collect the damaged parcel (including original packaging). Once the damage has been verified, your return will be processed. This can take up to one week.

Please keep all original packaging (including courier satchel or box), as this is required for the claim.


If Your Item Arrived Faulty

If your item doesn’t work as intended, please contact us to arrange return for assessment.

If we confirm it was faulty out of the box or damaged before leaving us, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. In some cases, a refund may also be offered.


If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

If your item hasn’t arrived, get in touch and we’ll investigate straight away.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it, we’ll start an enquiry with the courier on your behalf.

Please note: once an item has been confirmed as delivered to your property, neither Officecentre nor the courier can take responsibility for loss, damage or theft after delivery.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return items within 28 days provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In re-sellable condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once received, our team will assess the item and process a refund for the returned goods. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply in some cases. If so, we’ll let you know before processing your return.

If Your Item Stops Working Later

If your product develops a fault over time, contact us and we’ll help where possible. We’re happy to work with our suppliers on your behalf or point you in the right direction to resolve the issue.

Officecentre is fully committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
