1. How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders ship same or next business day from stocked inventory. Delivery times vary by location, but we focus on getting orders out fast — no endless backorders.

2. Do you keep stock in New Zealand?

Yes. What you see online is stocked locally. That means faster delivery and fewer surprises after you place an order. If stock comes from a supplier it is a New Zealand supplier and we have arrangement with them to send the stock directly to reduce shipping costs. We are NOT a local or external drop shipper. This is mainly larger items and we explicitly state this fact on the product page.

3. Can I get help choosing the right product?

Absolutely. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll point you to the right option - not just the most expensive one.

4. Do you offer pricing for small businesses or regular orders?

Yes. If you order regularly or in volume, we can look at pricing options without locking you into contracts.

5. Can you help with reordering supplies?

Yes. We make reordering easy — whether it’s from past orders or setting up a simple repeat system for your business.

6. Who will I be dealing with if I contact you?
