We know when you order office supplies, you usually need them sooner rather than later. Our goal is simple - get your order to you quickly, reliably and without fuss.

Here’s how delivery works.


Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched the same or next business day depending on time order was received.

If there’s ever a delay (for example, an item is temporarily out of stock), we’ll let you know as soon as possible and confirm the next steps.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location, but generally:

  • Main centres: 1–2 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days

  • Rural addresses: allow an extra day

All orders are shipped with track and trace, so you can monitor progress from dispatch to delivery.


Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

We aim to keep delivery pricing fair and transparent — no inflated freight charges.

Rural Deliveries

If you’re on a rural delivery route, please allow an extra business day. Rural deliveries are handled by the courier network and timing may vary slightly.


Authority to Leave

If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may leave it in a safe place at their discretion.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout.

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to your property, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.


Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delays & Unexpected Issues

While most deliveries run smoothly, occasional courier delays can occur.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf. We understand delays can be disruptive - especially when you’re running a business - and we’ll work to resolve things promptly.

Pickup is available from our Kaitaia location by arrangement. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
