Wouldn’t be rushing to make a purchase with this company in the future

The courier was sent to my work and unfortunately we were not there to take receipt of delivery. Extremely unhelpful in trying to assist me to get the courier redirected. As the sender of the courier they held all the info that I needed to complete a lost courier claim however were not forthcoming in giving me the information I needed. I’m now putting my wine glass purchase down to a donation to the company as I don’t see any resolution coming any time soon.

Excellent Product Krosno 540 Wine Glass

This is a fantastic glass to drink out of, well balanced and can hold a whole can of coke plus ice ... which is why we purchased it. I suspect that wine would taste just as good out of it :-)
